Coming June 8, 2012, The Art Guys Museum in Houston Texas will host a showing of works by Don Ed Hardy, including drawings and paintings from the late 1980′s through the 1990′s when he started to focus upon his personal art after 20 years of exclusively producing tattoo art for customers. Opening reception is June 8th 2012, 7-9 pm.
On June 9- July 7, 2012, DiverseWorks Art Space will exhibit Don Ed Hardy’s 2000 Dragons, his masterpiece 500 foot long painting celebrating the year of the Dragon, as well as 12 new dragon paintings made for the new Dragon Year 2012, representing the 12 months of the year. Opening reception is June 9 2012, 3-6pm.
